Frequently Asked Questions
What are BrickHorse tiles made of?
We print on real, high-quality tiles and baseplates that are fully compatible with LEGO bricks. The printing is done with UV-cured inks that bond directly to the plastic surface.
Will the print wear off?
UV prints are highly durable — scratch-resistant and UV-stable. They won't peel like stickers and hold up well to normal handling. That said, aggressive scraping with metal tools could damage any printed surface.
What image formats do you accept?
Our editor accepts PNG, JPG, and WEBP files. For the best print quality, we recommend high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher). PNG files with transparency work especially well.
What tile sizes are available?
We currently offer:
- 2x2 Tile — 16x16mm print area ($4.99)
- 2x4 Tile — 16x32mm print area ($5.99)
- 2x6 Tile — 16x48mm print area ($6.99)
- 4x4 Tile — 32x32mm print area ($7.99)
- 8x16 Baseplate — 64x128mm print area ($14.99)
More sizes (round tiles, printed bricks, torsos) are coming soon.
What colors are available?
Each tile comes in White, Black, Light Gray, Tan, and Trans-Clear. The tile color affects how your design looks — white tiles give the most accurate color reproduction.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are printed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated in real time at checkout based on your location. We offer USPS, UPS, and FedEx options — see our Shipping page for details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order, as long as production hasn't started. After that, we can't make changes because your tile is already being printed. See our Refund Policy.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
